This photoshoot was a present for Ava’s Grandma. Pictures of little Ava with mom and dad and aunt! We photographed Ava when she was just a few weeks old, and now she is a happy little toddler! Of course I might be biased but I think photos are one of the best gifts. They truly are timeless in that they capture a season of life with memories on paper! Not saying you can’t look back at cell phone photos, but professional photos become heirlooms to pass on! Hence, this is a great gift choice!

Well I must disclose that this little charmer is my beautiful nephew! He just turned one year old and is the happiest little guy! I love him so much! And I am sure you could tell, but thats my brother and his cute wife! We went to a cabin for the weekend and of course my brother couldn’t turn down fishing on a private lake. So then I had to get a picture of him and his son on the water. Aw, love my family!

This is beautiful baby Lily! These photographs were done on her two week birthday, so we squeezed her in just in time. Newborn photos are best done within the first two weeks of birth, and this little angel was perfect!

We are so happy that baby Ethan is here! Ethan was only 4 days old when we took photos of this precious little guy. We started this journey by photographing Coffey and Criscilla’s engagement and wedding, then onto a Valentine’s day shoot, a maternity shoot and now they add this new little guy for a newborn shoot. Absolute perfection!!

Newborn Photoshoot – Baby Jayden

This is a special newborn shoot for me because this little guy belongs to my girlfriend from high school! Kristen moved to SoCal a few years before me and now that we are both down here I was so honored to photograph her new baby! Kristen must have lots and lots of patience because they didn’t find out if it was a boy or girl until the delivery. As you can see it was worth the wait because Jayden is absolutely perfect!

It’s funny that a few days ago I was at Kristen’s house doing homework and now she is at my house with her newborn baby!! Time surely does march on.

Oh, and I think its worth a mention here that Kristen is a rocket scientist. So when people say “it’s not rocket science”, I think: “even if it was – my friend Kristen could figure it out.” Somehow I feel smarter just knowing my friend is a rocket scientist. Her husband Jason is also a super smart engineer so Jayden has good look AND smarts. Watch out world.
